Single cell RNA-seq from AD and PS patients

We applied single cell immune profiling to gain a holistic view from immune cells infiltrating the skin to circulating immune cells, facilitating a better understanding of the two diseases in their entirety, and the identification of potential type-2 or type-3-disease-driving mechanisms.
