We collected PBMCs from 10 Indian and 10 Dutch individuals before BCG vaccination and 10-12 post-vaccination. We assessed the open chromatin profiles under baseline conditions, and the transcriptomic profiles upon stimulation with Influenza and SARS-CoV-2.
