Single cell RNA sequencing of colorectal cancer patients (CRC-SG1)

Fresh single-cell suspensions were loaded into the Chromium system (10x Genomics) targeting 5,000 cells per well. Barcoded sequencing libraries were generated using 3’v3 Reagent kit.
