In order to clarify the mutational landscape of Extramammary Paget disease, we performed exome-sequencing of surgical samples and target-sequencing of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues.

EGAD00001006449	37 surgical samples were interrogated by WXS, and 50 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded samples were interrogated by target-seq.
